It's scary how close I came to getting one back in the "dark times" (When I knew absolutely NOTHING about offroading, or even vehicles in general, I just knew I wanted 4WD) thank God I smarted up and got me the win-o-mobile (also known as an XJ)

I found a dead battery thrown on my hood the other day.
It was parked in a spot at a friends condo for several hours.
Then i found a mess under the wiper that said:
"Please abandon vehicle elswhere, this is not a wreck yard"
I don't know where the battery came from but probably it was left in the parking spot by someone else and the person who wrote the message looked at my jeep and thought it was mine.
I was upset.
Why do people judge the quality of a vehicle by the appearance of its body?
It was parked in a spot at a friends condo for several hours.
Then i found a mess under the wiper that said:
