Default Tech write up submissin?

Wanted to do a write up on installing an amp and sub set up I did the other day for any one interested in doing this set up. Was wanting to find out what the procedure was to submit a write up.

click on the link I posted https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f30/
then click where it says "technical write up submission"
THEN click new thread
seems to work for me
if you click the new thread underneath tech write up submission it will not work, I believe that is for moderators only, hope this helped

This is the message I get when I click the new tread button. Do I have to be a paid member or have a certain amount of posts to do a write up?
