safari roof rack vs 3/4" EMT conduit?

was gonna make one out of conduit but i just came across this on CL. should i pick it up for 75 bux? this should work with gutter mounts right?

I would get it you will have at least that much in a homemade plus your time.

That is a great deal. The homemade one that you make from conduit is not going to look like that. Plus conduit is galvanized so welding can prove lethal from breathing the fumes.
