Did anyone else have this problem. I used the gear and tire size chart. and said it would be good for 35 to 37 and my jeep is now shifting at odd points. Did I go to high on the gears. I have 315 75 r16 or 35" mt with a super 30 and ford 8.8with disk brakes.

 

my automatic transmission felt a little weird too after I regeared to 4.56 and 33's. you will probably find yourself manually downshifting it into 3rd more often. it seems to be a little less confused now that it's a bit undergeared with the 35's

Did you put a new speedo gear to account for the change in gearing?

 

no I didn't. I have a GPS speed display. Its a primary a wheeler

 

That is not what he means. Your shift points run off the speed sensor/pcm. Its all tied in together.
