what size lift do you have ?
i believe there for 4" and higher, for mine i used a hammer and had to pound it up to get them out,and it was pretty hard to reconnect them

not so quick disconnects

i have them. they are easy getting out and in. you might need to adjust them, but each time you got to move the sway bar around to loosen. maybe some pb blaster or something to that matter to loosen any possible rust.

Wrench the bushing down so it is snug but it takes a little force to move pins. I carry a long pry bar to lift sway bar.
