for one i have a winch bc just sometimes it is a better idea to pull yourself then have another jeep tug on yours and bend or break something ( as in the pic) if i were to get pulled by the guy that i was with he was on the pass side he would have ripped my tire off and both tires wouldn't turn an inch and the rear was smashed into the wall behind it.

nerf bars on a stock xj. Its like 5inches from the ground. Seems like it would be more of an effort to lift your foot and look where to put it on the nerf bar pad, rather then just put it right inside of the Jeep.

Per the middle of my post, I was kidding about all that stuff. I have all that stuff on mine (except for Jeepspeed) and believe very much in them.
The bottom half of my post is the stuff I actually dislike.

Then the ones with lockers are doing something wrong

The only time I prefer open is in slippery off camber situations where they can actually make one slide unfavorably.

hehehe. If you are implying that you are stuck in this photo, then the ONLY reason you are stuck is because you have no lockers. Even one locker would pull you through that with no problem. So how are they useless?
