They've been doing it for years...granted it is fairly clean, but they way overcharge, and people pay it.
I personally think that thing is hideous. Interior looks like crap. And, you'd think with all that work done, they could have undercoated underneath...several areas with surface rust. If I were to pay that kind of money, it had better be ABSOLUTELY clean, even underneath.

Same with Maine. I got my 99 5 years ago garaged, never seen a winter for 2400. I seriously thought it was a scam but it turned out to be a rich guy with all 8 of his garage bays being full with vettes, chevelles, grand nationals, ect and so he just wanted it gone. I expect 5500 for a rust free under 160k
