Default order of operations: leaf spring work or disc brake conversion

I'm lowering my truck by going leaf under axle at the rear, and I'm also doing a rear disc conversion. I used to think I would do both at the same time, but now I think I'll do extra work to do the jobs one at a time to minimize confusion. What would you guys suggest I do first?

I'm trying to start the work tonight. This isn't my DD, so i have no rush. Ease of work, and keeping things straightforward are more important to me right now, even if that means more man hours.

TIA
