I went wheeling (in the tamest sense of the word) this year early spring, with a friend in the pass. side.
Traveling on an off shoot of Stud Mill rd, and came upon a larger snow patch. Decided to go through it. High centered , no cell service, no tow points. Dug it out and rocked it out.
Point is, dont wheel alone, and if you must have a good backup plan.
Good luck with being pulled out.

It might be a touchy subject but, Joplin Missouri? How you guys recovering out there? You seem to be up and going about your day, Jeep and all. I take it you were in a part of town that was not hit?

Well I was really close. Like a mile or so away. My dad and lil Sis was in the walmart that got leveled. She got a couple cuts on her wrist but she is ok. My work got the building Half torn away. Here r some pics of it. One is a neighborhood, one is walmart, one is my dads new truck that he got in November. But it's all going good now. They got a new truck, sisters wrist is heeled. Just rebuilding the ol home town.

Yeah u got that right, I do have that dang d35 but I'm still building and looking for parts, just hard to come by, but I get a wild hair and wanna go wheelin at night and that is never good alone. But where I was u could have drove a car 2 ft beside me lol. I just thought it looked more fun to go thru the ruts. That lasted bout ten mins. But I did find out that I need to replace my hub/wheel bearing on the driver side and the u joint at the wheel to. Fun for me tonight.
