I just bought 02 grand Cherokee. Drove it 30 minutes yesterday, crawled under and no leaks. Drove 30 minutes today and stopped to get gas, oil dripping off fan shroud. Drove 20 minutes stopped, no oil dripping. Drive another 20 minutes, no oil dripping. Drive 10 minutes, oil dripping off fan shroud! WTH?

Could the power steering leaking.

Time for a good old dose of noggin pokin.

Leaks are always fun to find. My XJ had a similar leak but it only leaked when I parked it at home. I could drive it to work, no leak all day. Park it at home, come back out in a hour and there is a drip on the ground. Drove me crazy! Ended up being the oil psi sensor leaking out of the very top of it. Why it only leaked at home, I have no idea but it was consistent for weeks.
