New reman motor no Gauges work

New reman motor no Gauges work
So I bought a reman motor 4.0 bare bone. Swapped it in and hooked everything up now my gauges don't work and milage doesn't come up. Haven't tried to turn it over yet. Check engine light comes on. Any ideas?
