Get rid of the heater control valve and put heater hoses from a later model on instead, that valve is prone to fail and it's not necessary.

A good first project would be to delete that HCV...

Ok cool. Before I run to the store what is a good muffler brand or set up? Is there a way to post vids I really want y'all to hear the noise it is making? It is coming from underneath. (On a side note the lady that owned it before bought it off the lot brand new and told me it was never put into 4wd. I tried it the other day and it was smooth as could be no sticking or anything. Lol)

Just did a little research and I believe I need a 97 Cherokee heater coil hose. Does that sound right? Sorry for all the questions I'm really not a car guy but when I saw this jeep I needed it lol I was just hoping I wasn't in over my head. I want to turn it into a mud kind of vehicle, we don't have very many rocks here.

I bet it's not the rear main seal leaking, it just looks like it. The oil filter adaptor is prone to leak and the oil runs down to the back of the oil pan.

Hello people of Cherokee forum. I just bought my first jeep. It's a 91 Cherokee 2 door. There are a few problems I was hoping someone could help me with. I really want to put work in it but I am not sure if it is even worth it. It is bone stock and was wondering how much it would be to put on a little lift and tires? There is also oil coming out next to the dip stick. I will take pics in the morning to show what I have to work with.
