Exclamation I'm so lost... :/

I'm so lost! I don't know what I want to do with the jeep! The picture below is how she sits now (no lift ). I don't wheel atm because it's 2wd with no locker. I would like to get a push bar/ brush guard (or even a light bar) because (1), I wnna make it look BA, and (2), I want lights up there. The other thing is a roof basket up top. I don't know do I go small basket or a full one? I want lights on the front of that and the back. The back mostly for when people tail gate me . Naw, seriously, not happy with the light output of stock 2001 XJ lights. Also thinking a CB cause I live in heavy traffic area and also for the future. Was thinking about Cobra 19 with a 5' firestik.

Anything wrong with this? Please lend me a hand and write down some suggestions, cause my brain is shot . Thanks a lot!

Sell the 2wd. They are rare, keep it nice and clean. Buy a 4wd and then do what you want with it. Sounds like you need to build a mall-crawler.

You could make a badass looking pre-runner out of the 2wd. That would look pretty sweet.

I'm a high schooler and would much rather add more stuff to this one than buy another one, have to tag/title and pay for insurance on it.

I don't want her to be a road queen but it is in BEAUTIFUL condition. Thats why I was thinking brush guard, lights, basket, more light and CB. Yes or no?

IMO i would do a prerunner xj,with a locker and itll look gr8 and do good offroad as well but it depends on what kind of offroadin u want to do,but a locker is a must for a 2wd xj

If you want a BA light bar save your $ and get a KJ light bar. it looks amazing and works great. look about half way down on this guys guild page for more info on it http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/v...=1678&start=60

Also if you dont really wheel then dont put in a locker you dont need it. Put a small lift on it for nice looks, tint the windows if not already tinted, get some BA seat covers, and get a nice sound system goin in her. A CB is also really easy to do and is fun to have.

I run the lights mounted on one of the stock roof bars, cheap easy mounting. Run heavy (10ga) power thru a relay and good ground wires. Roof rack is still in the future, I think yours and all XJ's look good with em. I expect to go with a size to suit full spare large enough. Front bars would look great too. Perhaps a rear powertrax locker? A long time ago in a land far away my 1st car was a 67 chevy belair wagon, 9 seater, 283 V8, positrack and snow tires all year round, a real go anywhere machine. A rear locker would do your needs. Keep yours running well and rubber side down. It's a Cherokee, it can't help but look good.
