Default I need help

So I have a 96 jeep Cherokee sport 4.0L and she starts to smoke when I go faster than 40 miles an hour. I just did an oil change on her and that didn't do it. Does anyone know what's going on it smells like transmission fluid when she smokes.

Have you checked the transmission fluid? Do you have any idea where the smoke is coming from? Not quite sure why you'd think an oil change would eliminate it, unless it's been 20k miles since the last change.

The only way you're gonna find what you're looking for is to GO LOOK!

Around the Jeep that is. In these parts, we call it "noggin pokin".

That's where you use your God given senses to inspect YOUR Jeep for problems. We can only provide you with guidance as to where to poke your noggin.

There's no Silver Bullet cure you're gonna find from a keyboard, mouse and monitor.

When I first purchased my 94 XJ, I had fluids burning off the exhaust and cat. It had many leaks underneath that needed to be addressed including oil and transmission fluid leaks that were dripping and blowing back onto the hot exhaust when on the highway. Like stated above, get under there and find the leaks.
