as a matter of fact both rubber caps are coned out pretty good. they are not working correctly looks like to me

wheel cylinders at autozone are less than 20 bucks. they're cheap, and easy to replace. While you're at it, may as well do both sides and get new hardware kits for your brake shoes as well. Bleeding isn't gonna work as long as that one cylinder is bad. There lies your entire spongy pedal problem. Replace them, and then bleed the entire system.

Yeah, you need all new brakes out back.

You can rebuild all the brakes for less than 50 bucks.

Wheel cylinders are about 10 each, hardware is a couple bucks and the shoes are about 25.
