Does the jeep need to be running to bleed? Or should it be off?

Why aren't you doing it with low range?

It doesn't hurt to have it running, if you have ABS I'm pretty sure you'll want it running.

Are the pistons seized on your pass side?
Nvm

Are the pins and springs even there to hold the shoes in?

Idk, bled rear brakes. Still didn't work. Went and spent $20 on a bleeding kit and good fluid. Still doesn't work. No leaks, good booster, new fluid, good pads. WHAT THE HECK ELSE COULD IT BE?????????? Oh and now there's a clicking in the back when I stop

If you look at the third picture. The wheel cylinder looks like it is pushed all the way out. Look behind the spring on the left hand corner. It is crooked and at the end of its run. If you want you can take it all apart and clean the wheel cylinder up or replace it with new if you are not sure what to do.
