I guess I wouldnt mind driving a good ol' muscle car form the 60's. Especially, if I didnt have to pay for it. I just dont really like regular old everyday cars. I dont like driving them. I do like that they take up less space in parking lots so I have lots of room to park.

i grew up driving low riding cars and big 4WD trucks. i really love my taurus during the summer, its a really nice cruiser, but my jeep is a bouncy uncomfortable tin box.

though in the rain and in winter i just love my jeep(mostly for the 4WD and the heater).

Specs on the Taurus? I still love the 2nd Gen Taurus when tastefully done, especially the SHO!

i saw a perfectly good sho in a jy the other day... i was very sad.

anyway i used to work at a rental car place...detailing the cars. i would drive the cars to get gas, to get maintenance done, and park every one in a tight parking lot. after driving all of the brand new cars (no cars except 15 passenger vans were older then 6 months), the only car i think i would drive would be the AWD version of the dodge caliber. just sitting in it, that thing is so comfortable. i just fit in it really well. but driving the chrysler 300s, dodge chargers, avengers, nissans optimas, new jeeps, and i still love my jeep. its fun to drive. its not very comfortable, doesnt ride well, but its still fun to drive haha.

the steering is nice and tight.
independant suspention (really nice thru corners).
3.0L with bad head gasket (normal on all tauruses it seems).
oh and it sqeals like a pig being crushed in a garbage disposal(stupid broken belt tentioner). but i would never part with it.

no doubt, they haven't driven a late 80s 3 series bmw. or any bimmer, for that matter.

i loved my mustangs, my bimmers, my 70s hondas, all of my 70s cars actually. i've had tons of great cars and would drive them again.

I test drive all different types of vehicles everyday. But at the end of the day I get a grin on my face when I hop in my XJ.
