Mine just hit 160,255 miles...all original engine and drivetrain......other than a slight knock at the front of the engine, it's still going pretty strong. It has all the prerequisite leaks and whatnot, but that's to be expected.

Hey, is the rear main seal a major pita in the 4.0 or is just time consuming...or both?

Any actual truth to the rumor that 2000+ blocks are prone to grenading, or did one person just have a bad experience?

I've got 151k on my 99 and it runs 100x better than my 91 did with 137k on it. I bought the 99 with 148k on it because she ran so good. Doesn't leak a drop of oil either.
