Not quite sure WTF happened...

but out of nowhere I hear a loud smack and look to the right and my pass. window is busted...

either some punk throwing rocks or maybe a stray meteorite landing...

anyway... drove right to the pickNpull...
only thing is...
They don't let you pickNpull anymore...

so I pay my $45.00

and pickup the window the next day...

in the meantime.. I whipped up a replacement...

worked quite well, I must say.

got the new (used) winder in and all is well again.

If anyone wants my ghetto cardboard window, I will let it go for $25.00
plus paypal fees.
(some assembly required)

 

Back in the day my buddy made some plexiglass side windows for his S-10 so he could get his tinted window fix it tickets signed off. The officer would just poke his head out the door a look o see if there was tinted glass from about 30 feet away. Always worked like a charm.
