Default Question on power windows

My 2012 Grand Cherokee has a problem with the front passenger window. When I use the power button, the window goes to the top but immediately returns to the bottom. I can bump the window up slowly toward the top and then bump it into place in the last 1/2 inch of travel. If I bump it too hard, it will return all the way to the bottom. This is extremely aggravating to spend so much time simply to roll up the window.

Question: Has anyone else had this problem and how can I solve it? Thanks for any thoughts.

Ken

If it's falling, then the little plastic part that holds the window up is broken. They're notorious for it.

You can fix this with a new window motor from the junk yard or the parts store.
