Axles are brakes are not so you need to source rotors or if you feel lucky drill them yourself.

Good catch. I did not even think about the rotors. Have to see if anything interchanges. This is all still in the talking stage right now. All the info I can gather helps.

If you actually plan on running 37s and never anything bigger the 8.8 will be fine but what happens a year or two down the road when you want bigger tires. May be better off just going to tons. Then you don't have to worry about c-clip elimators and such. If you go this route skip the 44 front. I've put a ton of money in mine and it still doesn't like my 38s and Yukon said next time they weren't swapping my shafts. You can only warranty them so many times before they say sorry. D60 front cost more up front but the lack of constant breakage makes up for it.

I have heard currie will drill you 8.8 rotors or bolt pattern you want or sell you some blank.

Just find a machine shop with a lathe.

a guy could lay it out and do it on a regular old drill press. you just need to know how to lay out a bolt circle. drilling cast iron is really easy.
