Finally getting new tires tomorrow!
After some research on the web, i decided that I wanted a set of GoodYear DuraTracs for my xj. Did some calling around at the local tire shops and found the best deal, getting them installed tomorrow! Can't wait to get some new rubber under me, my current tires are pretty much done. Still hoping i can lift my xj someday but I am thrilled to finally get some new rubber.

What size are you getting them? If your planning on lifting i would buy some used ones for now and wait till the lift is on because your gonna want to go bigger when you throw on a lift.

I'm getting 235/75R15's for it. I do plan for a lift but It's looking like next summer would be the soonest I could lift it.

Whoah! New tires transforms your jeep. Wheels too make it look ever better. I hated my old jeep steelies and got new cragars for it a year ago.

my tires looked just like how yours look and i got a set of 235/75/15 duratracs put on my jeep and it makes it look like a diffrent jeep. its amazing how much better it looks. you wont be disapointed with the tires. i love them

you can paint your wheels. i painted mine black and left the center caps unpainted since mine were in good condition and that combined with the duratracs made my jeep look way more aggressive

Just got back from town! New Duratracs look great! My xj seems to ride and drive better too. 
I'm really looking forward to seeing how they hold up, they will be seeing quite a bit of gravel roads. I also had an old trailer tire I needed to replace so I had the tire shop swap that with the best old tire on my Jeep. There is absolutely no comparison, the Duratracs are awesome.
