Think

And as for your adorable little below the belt blow with Sthon's CC Cable question, apparently he did ****ing learn, didn't he? Instead of barging in and pretending he knew what was going on? Like someone else I might be thinking of?
Freakin' genius right here, everybody. Learn to english speak before you try flaming people on the internet with it?

Yes this dude is an idiot. DO NOT START YOUR ENGINE UNLESS YOU CHECK AND ARE 100% SURE THERE IS NO WATER IN THE OIL OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE JEEP! It can easily destroy your engine if there is water inside. Common sense man

Hey want to trade? As-is.
Took the battery out earlier and powerwashed the engine and undercarriage. It's been raining so that's all I could do. Tomorrow I'll. Get 3 cans of wd-40 and spray every electrical connection I can find.. Any to pay attention too? Then I'll take out the seats and carpet. Would you guys say get new carpet/bed line or salvage it. It was in good condition before my little whoopsie.
I'll post some pics tomorrow

Got a great deal on it too. 1998 with 161k for $2400. The rare blurple color too and it was in great condition.
While the tow truck driver was towing it back down a hill it came off the wheel lift and hit the back of his truck.. Put a dent in the rear bumper, chipped a good part of the tailgate and dented, maybe cracked my diff cover..

and x2 on the towing company paying for the damage to your Jeep. That's a driver error. Stuff like that doesn't happen.

He took 10 miles off the trip to my home so it was 30 dollars off. Kind of works out since when he was coming up he knocked the side bumper off and chrome wheel cap off his f450. If he was an ******* I would have asked but he was great and helped out
Alright this is what you do, trust me I am a professional
Jack the front of the truck up as high as you can to try and drain the exhaust. You have that pesky bend above the axle but let it set that way for an hour. It will drain.
Next drain the tranny and if there is any water in there replace the filter. This is a must. Yes its a pain, but DO IT. Now remove all of your spark plugs and drain your motor oil. RE fill the oil and replace oil filter. With the spark plugs out crank your motor over.
Don't just try and start it, its not worth it.
After all this you can try and start the motor. Most likely it will fire right up.
Then of course drain your diffs front and rear and replace the fluid.
As far as brakes and bearings just drive the jeep. Thats the best thing. The water will not take away the grease thats already there. However if it sits long without moving bearings can rust. Best thing is to drive it and it will lube itself.
Good luck and post more pictures

you should crank it to see what you need , let us know if it crank or no ?
if it cranking just keep her tell she warm see oil pressure and let us know
it was not that deep !!
dont start the jeep with wet air filter inside , just take the filter and start it
even if there is water in the engine this well not damage any thing !!!! you well not drive it just 1 min see how she run and what you need to replace if you need starter how you well know that if you need CPS if if !! start it for a min see if she runs or no if you crank and not start don't try again maximum 2 times

Don't listen to these idiots. Do not try to start it until you make sure you don't have water in the cylinders, water does not compress. Pull ALL the spark plugs out and try to crank it over, this should dump any water out of the cylinders. If the starter is shot and won't turn it over put a 3/4" socket and a cheater bar on the crank and manually try and turn it over.

And your lubricants are most likely contaminated.
I've had mine almost that deep before, just clean her up, and your good to go.
Good Luck!
