With that lift height I would buy the tires, install them, and go from there.
You may not have to trim, and and if you do you probably won't need to trim much. What I do is flex my truck out, make markings with a marker where I need to trim, and as needed.
And quite a few guys here have even done write ups on trimming.

Most people use a dremel that's what I would use if I could redo mine. Lol I used a saw zal don't recommend that it was hell and not very clean cut

I used an aircraft air-powered cutting wheel, took awhile due to waiting for my little air compressor to charge after a 10-second burst of using it, but made a REALLY clean cut. It's awesome some of the tools you can get your hands on when your dad works in aircraft maintenance!

Finally trimmed mine. Used a 3" cut off wheel cut through like paper. At 5" and 285/75R16s I didn't have to trim much in the front, but I still rub the fender flares. I only have 3" in the back and completely folded the fenders in and remounted the flares in the stock holes with zip ties. Still had to trim the bottom corners of the flares but the flares seem ok with just zipties and I don't rub anymore.

You don't need to trim at all if you don't want to I have a 5" lift with 35s and all I did was trimmed the front off so with a 4 and 1/2 with 33s should be no problem
