i just saw this on bumper height, looks like my rear bumper height is illegal...i think i measure it to be 34 inches

It's late and there are too many words. Does this mean that front brush guards with wire over the headlights are illegal?

Didn't see that part at the bottom there. Well, its not very well inforced in the area of pa where I am. I think I'll take my chances.

It's amazing that we have such strict automotive laws in pa considering how rural much of it is.
