broke my xj!!!
ahhh!!!! i broke my front passenger side stabilization bar(i think that's what its called) 
soo i don't know if i should weld it back up and hope for the best, or to go out and try and find the part?

sounds like you broke your sway bar end link.
i'd just look for some quick disconnects. welding it would work, but not ideal for the dmv.
