so what is considered tech questions that we post in the xj/mj tech section? and what would we post here? ill give some examples? lift questions roof rack etc questions? parts of your jeep not working questions? mods questions? just trying to get a feel so that way i dont post anything in the wrong section

Well let's see some examples of what's not tech... Which lift to buy, which tires to buy, who makes a better lift, how much lift do I need, what does a 3" lift look like, pics of your rig or just about anything that is just asking for an opinion.

A technical question is pretty simple. Your jeep is broke, makes a weird sound and you need to know how to fix it. That's the general tech type stuff.

Advanced tech would be things that go beyond normal repairs fixes and so on. It wouldn't be fabrication but wouldn't be general repairs. Look at advanced tech as Modified tech.

No worries. It's going to be a learning curve for everyone. So hopefully these changes will make things better over all.
