On a side note, does the area this guy lives in not take internet crimes seriously? I thought anything involving internet fraud was considered a federal offense... then again I'm not a lawyer.

 

Good news, I called pay pal and they worked with me and told me that my best was to call the credit card company, so I did, and now they are refunding me the entire amount of 557.16.

I am lucky that they were able to work with me and I will not stop here. My father will be contacting the local authorities in his area to let them know he's at it again. Because of my dads job I have a full background on this guy and background on his property

Yes all the people at pay pal were extremely nice, I encourage anyone else who was scammed by this guy to take it up with pay pal and credit card company.

and Even though I payed him twice by buying him parts, I was able to get a refund for those because the parts vendors were covered through seller protection on pay pal.

 

I am not saying you are being blamed here, you did everything that you were supposed to do when I bought from you. You shipped the parts to the address I provided, I'm not claiming you didn't. The parts I bought from you was a way of paying mr lampignano for axles I bought from him, which he never shipped to me. I am not seeking a refund from you at rwk, I have received a refund from my credit card company, and you are covered through seller protection.

As far as I'm concerned, I have only heard good things about rwk haus supply and I plan on buying from you for myself in the future

second im closing this thread... you started a lot of them and in my PM and the other thread i referred you to the kamaran scammer thread... so continue on there because we cannot have the same thread in 50 different places...
