Go read the other thread.. in it you'll see where he has been convicted and serving weekends (or was). That means he's surely on probation and any further acts of this nature can have him reincarcerated. I think it was San Bernadino County Sheriff's who he was arrested under... call them and report the incident.

One of two things will happen. You'll either get your stuff, or he'll be tossed back in. If the later you'll have easily won any paypal dispute.

 

Didn't see a last name to look him up for previous court records.

If anyone needs to serve him, Victorville is about 1hr from me. I could serve some legal papers to him if needed.

i found kamaran wain on facebook and it says he lives in victorville so thats a match, i also found shane lampignano which is the name he gave me and it says hes from hesperia which is 15 mins from victorville

 

Read up on that thread... Everyone is well aware of who he is and what he does.

I'd call the his local PD and alert them of what's going on... He's been to court over this once before.
