yeah 600-700, i havent added up all the payments, still a lot of money either way for a 17 year old in high school (me)

i hasseled for a tracking number many times and he always talked around it, last message before he got banned he said that the shipping company told him he can expect it around january 28th

i plan on telling my parents when i get home from school, i just found out everything this morning at school and ive been putting things together all day.
i made one payment on paypal directly to him for 257.55, then i bought him something from rwkhaus supply and had it shipped to him, but i payed them through pay pal, and then i bought him something from cjcoffroad where i used pay pal again to pay, the other payments did not involve pay pal

 

This may be none of my business but why were you buying things and having them shipped to his place?

Was he building an axle for you?

He didn't charge you shipping?

This is the important part. Did you send the money as a gift?

 

he said the axles were already built, i bought the axles at two different times so thats why theres more than one payment, he just told me that if i got him such and such part than we'd be cool, so i just did that instead, which was very stupid of me

 

Meh, folks make mistakes. You may be able to get some of it back. Your BEST bet in your situation is going to be to contact the correct law enforcement and paypal. The only money that may be recoverable is going to be the paypal money IF you didn't send it as a gift.

Make sure you keep as much dialog between the two of you as possible. Did all of your conversations go back and forth thru PMs?

 

yeah through PMs, ive had to clear some of them to clear up space because i have a limit, but i still have some from few days ago and 2 weeks ago, our dialouge has been going on for about 2 months though

 

Save as much of it as possible... You're going to need it.

 

Dig through the PM's or call your cell provider and get the number in Victorville you spoke to him at.... and call it. Insist on tracking or your calling the authorities familiar with him.

Why don't you just get your call records? The phone company always has those records. I didn't read all 3 pages so sorry if someone already put this.
