im not sure where this thread belongs so ill try here. heres my story, i bought some axles from a theMJ on here, and i payed for them partly straight to him through pay pal and partly by ordering parts and having them shipped to his address, and so he told me that he had shipped both axles, and they would take anywhere from 6-30 days. somehow there was a complication with one of my payments to him, which there was, and he said he froze the axles in kentucky until i made the last payment, so i did and he said he continued the shipping process. the thing is, theMJ never had anything on his profile, he said he joined here to sell his mj/cherokee parts, and he had a profile on pirate mainly. now, his account is banned, and i have no way of contacting him to get tracking numbers, last pm he sent before his account got banned he said that the shipping courier told him to expect them around january 28th? For shipping two axles on pallets does that amount of time to ship them make sense? and he said his name was Shane.

I dont know what to make of all this, we had talked on the phone about the axles before and he had a ton of specifics about them, but what does it mean that his account was banned? How am i gonna contact him now

If you talked on the phone couldn't you just pull up his number again and call him?

Simple. File claim with paypal. He will get notification and send you the tracking number. If he doesn't, you get a refund. Simple. No need to make it a task.

 

not yet, i only payed him part of the cost on paypal, like i said the rest was by ordering him parts that i had shipped to him

Get the call logs from your cell provider.
File a fraud claim with Paypal.

If all else fails you should have his address from sending him parts.
