I plan to buy a 2 door xj when I get done with my wifes 4 door and I was woundering if the doors on the 2 door are the same as the 4 door.

And for what it is worth.. Comanche doors fit a 4 door Cherokee... not a 2 door.

 

my dad has a 4 door and i have a 2 door and we measured them 2 days ago actually and the are the same length, wheelbase and width are the same
mine is longer now because when i made my long arms i pushed the front out a few inches.

Are you referring to the door length being the same? Because the doors on a 2 door are much longer than those on a 4 door. Im guessing your talking about the overall length of the jeep because that is the same whether its a 2 door or a 4 door.

actually, here....i have a picture of us test fitting my doors off of my 4dr onto my buddies 2dr.

 

Hell you can make it work, anything will stay together with some duct tape and beer! lol..

 

thanks guys and gals. Im pretty tall so I need the extra room to get in and out. Ive decided that I am deffinatly getting a two door when I can.
