01 XJ axle replacemet, junkyard ok?
I have to replace the rear axle in my 01 XJ, anyone have good luck buying and replacing theirs through the junkyard? Any suggestions for me?

We found my brother's 8.25 in a jy for 50 bucks. It was out of a 98 model. Any year will bolt up but there are length differences in the drive shafts for different axles. If it's lifted that's not as big an issue. Just make sure it's the right gear ratio.
