How many miles on your jeep before you had tranny problems?
Just curious how many miles have you had on your jeep before you had to have tranny work done? and what happened to the tranny? just trying to get an idea on just how long the trannys last on these?

Engine: 4.0 stroked to 4.6, Thanks to Teasdale'sMachine!
We have a 99 with over 130k all put on by us, with the 4.0 / auto, and no issues with tranny for the 13 years we've owned it.

Engine: 4.0
My 97 ZJ 4.0 auto had 245,000mi on the original engine and trans and never had a problem with it. Sold it last year and the guy that has it now uses it as his dd and hasn't had any problems yet. My 96xj has 140,000 and no problems yet *knock on wood*
