Just want to say thanks for showing the HIDs in the HF lights. I was just wondering iwhat the light pattern might look like the other day, since I just put a pair on my ZJ's A pillars. Any pic showing down the road with HIDs?

I really don't have the ability to take a picture of high enough quality to really show the pattern. However, before I converted them I plugged one of the HF lights into my battery to see what it looked like. The HID's are definitely brighter and more powerful. The beam pattern isn't as focused as a lens designed for HIDs but you really can beat what you get for the price. Overall, its a definite improvement over the halogen bulbs. Hope this helps. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to know

That light spreads a bit more than I hoped. Might consider them though, for the front bumper. How bad is the glare to look through? Thanks for the pic!

Oh I didn't read his whole post :P though he meant off the bumper. The glare isn't to bad, It lights up the hood but since I have a darker color it isn't that bad.
