Ok so when I start each one I put 8 bolts in and tighten them down. Now I know that ain't air tight but then I fill with air to set the bead on the other side good. Then I take those bolts back off and line everything up. Seems the bead lock lines up with the tire better after the bead was set. So now that I'm almost done with the 4th one I will begin my torquing. Plan on 15ftlb each. Could take a while but I will post again once the wheels are in the jeep

Yea I got bolts and washers from tractor supply and lock nuts from fastenal. Just finished torquing one and decided to check for leaks. Turns out I have one. So taking the bolts and ring off. And going to fire up the welder and run a bead along the inside of the wheel where the ring meets it. Gonna go ahead and do all of them for good measure. Fix the leak and improve strength on the ring as well. Debated weather to do that it not when I welded the first time. I strongly suggest doing so if any if you are planning in doing this

Hard to really. Hell I can't even get my hand in there at the right angle to weld it. Kinda stumped right now. Thinkin over options and I'm at a loss. And it's way past beer 30
