I'll be going back to Uwharrie in October for the fall Jamboree, I think.

I won't be able to make the June Trip since I'll be in the Bahamas all of the second week in June and I'll be at Harlan for the Crawl July 4th thru the 9th. You should go to Harlan instead of Uwharrie.

Oops.

I'm fairly sure that I'm going to be making my next set of sliders for my DD out of Schedule 40 PVC.

didn't know they had a fall jamboree. sweet. might have to wait till then or go both times. when did you lay it over? and why wasn't i riding? lol. in all serious-ness, the PVC sliders will work but how are you gonna attach it to the frame? JB weld might work...

where is Harlan?

PVC huh? Id use a hole saw and insert the pipe though the unibody. Secure with duct tape. Camo pattern only so you don't see it there. Then fill the PVC with quick-crete and whal-la. Nice rigid pieces. This should result in a good 10 minutes of functioning sliders.

I was thinking we should fill it with water so I can take a shower later.

Brent, you're closer to Harlan than I am! lol

Edit: You're actually the same distance from Harlan as I am. I'm having to save my pennies until July.

Aw man I love them, how much would you charge to make me some? The girlfriend has been bugging me about steps (wouldn't need them as rock sliders, it's flatter than a women's basketball team around here)

Depends on how you want them and what kind of material, that 2"x4"x1/4" is gonna be overkill for just steps. Pm me if your serious.

Btw, thats funny as ****! Ha!
