I'm currently designing a PVC truggy, from now on everything will be constructed from PVC and PVC only!

Did you know the original Yakima design was made from PVC and Duct tape!?

Seems fine to me, personally I would have put a 3 way elbow in the corners and tied the top and bottom together.

How did you mount that to the top of your Jeep ? i just need something light and similar to that for camping to hold packs in place better.
