I like it man! Functional and cheap. Others are gonna bash no matter what. Hell i got guys bashing me because they don't like how my sliders stick out further then theirs. Even though i've said many times its also utilized as a step. They're probably just jealous! PVC has its weaknesses just like any other material. Its not normal and others simple minds can't handle it. Thats all it is. Props dude.

Wow great idea man!! I can't weld so this seems like a cheaper and easier alternative.

No I think you are confused. It was in advanced fabrication and a mod moved it to fab

PVC will work fine for light gear. I used to have a pvc kayak mount on my porch that supported around 150lbs of kayaks and gear.
