i used a roll on kit on the inside of my '84 utility xj i built and it went on good and it was pretty tough, it also kept my tools from sliding around in the back we also did the inside of my dads '84 CJ-7 we also did the roll bars on both vehicles with the same material, and i was happy with the way it turned out

If you like those check out my new mirror. Took the doors off and had to fab a mirror so the fuzz won't bother me while I am enjoying my open air experience. My Jeep finally feels like a jeep. The doors are heavy but I should be able to get em back on alone. Did the pin flip on the passenger side and the drivers pins are already in the right way.

Imitation is the best form of flattery LOL. Check out my build thread it will get you caught up from the last 6 weeks of working on her. We only get one day a week on her but she is starting to get mean. Link is above my signature.

Here are few better shots of the fenders

Rear sway bar brackets what it looks like. Is it necessary to cut the holes in half or were yours just like that?

correct, rear swaybar brackets. tight fit to the shock bushing. actually used die grinder to enlarge those holes as they didnt line up perfect. doesnt matter anyway as they should be welded to the perch
