Homebrew Jeep Mods
I think one of the best summaries I've ever heard on this topic is that you can only take in as much air as you can let out... meaning your restrictions are no longer your intake, rather they become the exhaust. Pointless to improve the" in" if you aren't gonna improve the "out"

Another home brew mod ... and so simple: I always had a leak somewhere in the cargo area but couldn't find where it was coming from. I just found large random wet spots on the carpet. After reading in one of these forums I swapped in a door surround molding from a 99. They are visibly thicker - had to really spank the door to get it to close.
No more leak.

Well I got a few items.
) Then I decided to fab up a rear ladder for two purposes. 1st, when I made my rear bumper the ends caps needed to be pushed away from the body a little and 2nd I camp so I needed to get ontop to get items down. Made of square tubing, one cut at a time with a hacksaw until I got the angle down. 2 wing nuts ontop, and quick release pins on bottom.

Think there is anyway you could hing them to the roof rack so that when you open the gate they go up with it? That would be sweet!
