Love the Idea. Def gonna do something like that. Probably gonna make mine removable with mirrors attached somehow. Great idea.

[QUOTE=KFXHellRaiser;1916975]Well even though I have been selling them here since early 2010, I built my first one in 09. Big amount of sound coming from a small space. This is my own current setup. It's insane.
Actual sealed box. Most of the box fits into the cubby so the cargo space is still usable. My current box is way louder than when I had my Kicker setup. But the sub is a 20 pound monster from one of the top names going.
I have a vid of what the kicker setup would do.

Kicker Face plate? lol looks good but would look better with a CVR lol

Yeah that is the style of grill I liked best. Might look better with a CVR but it would take 2 maybe 3 cvr's to sound like the sundown.

Maybe with a sealed box but with a properly ported box there is an easy competition. I got 158.4 at the last competition with this set up. I got beat by 8 CVR 10s which took first and 2 Orion 12s .5 OHM stable crazy loud took second. I have however been out of audio for 3 or 4 years now. I cant hear anything anymore. lol I know Sundown is a great sub. Just wondered why you had a kicker plate Looks great though.

05 Extended cab GMC Canyon.
1500.1
4 CVRs 12s
158.4 was the best I ever got. I pushed out my back glass when I put 2 1000.1 but don't know what the level was. I sold the system for a good profit and got out of the loud business lol.

There is no comparison in Sundown and Kicker. Kicker are best there is for the money but Sundown's are in a different class. If this one was ported it would be insane.
I am out of the loud business but I will build something big again one day when I get time. Here is the last one I built.

It was featured in Auto sound & Security Magazine. It was a setup with 8 15" subs. 16 cuft sealed box. I built it to sound clean on top of being loud.
I ended up to redo most of it with Memphis and never finished it. Got halfway and just got burned out. Sold it all.

Sorry for getting off topic here guys. Back on track. Batman you can pm me if ya wanna talk more audio.

Here is a little something I decided to do to my diff cover since I had it off installing Lock Right.

The worst part about doing the rear brakes without a spring compressor so I tired this and it worked very well. after the pin was turned I cut the ties off.

Repost from the what did you do to your jeep today thread
I made a quick and easy awning for my aspiring expedition rig. Just a heavy duty tarp, carabiners, rope and tent pegs. Can easily stand under it now and should have plenty of clearance when I get my modest lift installed next weekend.

Hooked to rack floor with carabiners:

All rolled up for transport. Was thinking about getting a PVC pipe to slide it into but it's easier to just put it in the hatch area

- thank you... all that stuff looks awesome, but I was just gonna say this - I'd hate for this thread to get shut down again.
