so what about putting one left hand and one right hand joint on the drag link for inverted tee? then putting some flats on the tubing to be able to rotate it for steering wheel adjustment? or am i missing something?

edit: nvrmnd i understand why...i would have to undo the drag link for an alignment...but that might not be too bad. hopefully i don't have to do an alignment after every wheelin trip...

Yep as long as there is left and right on each tube. I can align my jeep in minutes. I need to check it because I haven't looked since I built it lol been lazy

with all heims now does it feel pretty tight on the road? better than stock?

I wish I could give you an accurate answer to that but because my steering box is pretty much blown, I have a ton of play left in my steering. eventualy i wanna do a durango gearbox. The nuts do come loose a little bit sometimes and gets annoying. They don't come loose on TREs because the castle but with the cotter pin. I do

Ah, I see that now.

I feel like I'd be more concerned with egging out the hole in the knuckle.

Making the knuckle double shear would certainly fix the issue.

ive seen weld in inserts to correct wallowed out holes. id probably make my own on the lathe though...

FISHIES848.....did u use PTFE heims? If not what and where did you source them. Great build by the way!

IMO, Ruff Stuff sells the best heims. I've bought all my heims from them.
