So no front sway bar with that setup? It looks really clean and well made. For me, I'd have to have done something so that I can run my sway bar.

Nope I don't run a front sway bar. This setup requires cutting the axle side mounts but new ones can be put on on top of the axle

why did you go crossover instead of inverted tee? i don't know your driving style, but isnt the extra joint on only one bolt in single shear kinda hard on that one bolt?

It may be marginally weaker but I have mine set up the exact same way with hydraulic assist and I've not had an issue. I'm also not exactly easy on it.

I did crossover because a guy I know also built his this way and he helped me get the right stuff. He drives pretty hard on the same setup and has never had a problem. My driving style is nothing like his because my axles are still stock so I take it easy. Also stock steering box that feels like its going out

yeah, but you've got flat tops, so i see you have the tie rod below the arm and drag link above. i cant really see if FISHIES is both stacked on top or if he has tie rod low and drag link high like yours...

Both of mine are on top. So it's "single shear"

yeah i'm with you there. i wanna tackle this on my own soon. i just can't decide on t or cross over. i like the idea of a tee setup cause i wanna make a bracket for the knuckles to make a double shear for both ends of the tie rod.
i know both systems work and everybody has their preferences though so its probably going to be a tee anyways...

Honestly I'm afraid of the knuckle blowing out before the grade 8 bolts lol

Consider this when building, because my plan was to do inverted t in the beginning. When u Go to make alignment changes, ur drag link doesn't rotate because the tabs are there. So u have to disconnect then adjust. I like that on crossover, because they're all adjusted alone easily

Sorry just read that again and noticed you said bracket on the knuckles. That would help take stress of the bolt and I have seen it done before
