Do you mind explaining how you setup your t-case and tranny to flat tow? I've read a bunch of different ways. I.e. tcase in n, tranny in park or gear, tcase in n and tranny in n. How do you run your setup? Thanks!! Nice job on the fabrication!!
Looks good. If you want or find you need to add a little strength to your mounts on the frame, what you can do is run a strip back under the sway bar brackets and install a little longer bolts for the sway bar brackets and sandwich the tow bar brackets. This is how my front hitch is mounted on my XJ.
One suggestion I have towed for quite a few years behind my Motor Home and you could have done your lighting much easier on all of mine they are wired in the front. I take them to my RV repair shop and for $25 each he wired my Jeeps and supplied all parts. All the turn signals, park lights, running lights all work just plug into the Motor Home trailer plug.
I do pull the XJ on a trailer part of the time also here are all 3 the Motor Home is a 37' Diesel Pusher.
