ZJ E-brake adjustment.

The part that you adjust is in the first pic. Not inside the wheel. The manual didn't suggest adjusting the E-brake shoes. If you pull off the rotor and check them they may need replacing or the mechanism may need cleaning.JMO

That last pic might be the rear axle vent, I can't tell.

Thanks Blue, I pulled off the wheels and checked the rotors, they seem to be the original ones!!! I'll have to wait till next weekend to replace.

The rotors are probably still good, but you need to pull them off to check the e-brake shoes and mechanism inside the rotor. The inner surface of the rotor is the drum for the e-brake.
