The part that you adjust is in the first pic. Not inside the wheel. The manual didn't suggest adjusting the E-brake shoes. If you pull off the rotor and check them they may need replacing or the mechanism may need cleaning.JMO
That last pic might be the rear axle vent, I can't tell.

Thanks Blue, I pulled off the wheels and checked the rotors, they seem to be the original ones!!! I'll have to wait till next weekend to replace. Originally Posted by ol"blue
