It's a repair bearing, that is how they seat in the housing.

So you're saying the repair bearing uses an unworn section of the axle to ride on? Why not just replace the axle?

Yep that's it RP5707, they are designed for temporary use when a replacement axle is not available. It will get you back on the road and they will last around a year in most cases as the bearing is narrower and the seals tend to leak

Could i remove the axle to see whats wrong or would that destroy this bearing/seal? I dont know how long it have been in there, i think its leaking a litle bit, not much but the brakedust looks more wet on the side this is used.

Ouch!! Brother, I feel your pain. Your wealth of available used parts are poor and overseas shipping sucks. The only way in some countries to get new parts is to send someone you trust (hard to find in itself) the money and have him ship you the part direct.

The next big questions, if i would remove that and use a new axle, how do i get the c-clip out? It dont looks like there is possible to push the axle so it would free the c-clip.

The c-clip is in the differential carrier assembly. You have to pull the cross pin carrying the planetary gears, push the axle in, and pull the c-clip and axle out. The bearing gets pulled with a slide hammer.
