What year is your Jeep, dude?

the 84-96 XJs have a completely different electrical system and use 2 "flashers" as opposed to a "relay" in the 97-01 models.

Okay, the flasher in your model has 3 separate logic circuits in it, left, right, and 4-way. If they all don't work, it's a power supply problem. If the fuse is good, you may have a broken wire or loose connection somewhere.

The Full Service Manual from pacificcoastmanuals.com has over 13 pages on the turn signal system with diagnostic procedures and circuit diagrams. This manual covers EVERYTHING on your jeep and is the best $8 you'll ever spend. It's a downloadable 93 mb pdf file and worth every penny. It's year specific so you don't have to paw thru stuff on other models to find what you need. DO NOT TRY TO PRINT IT OUT! You'll spend a ream of paper and a couple of ink cartridges doing it. You can just print the sections you want, get them torn and greasy, then throw them away if you like.

Also, for general information, check out wjjeeps.com
