I traced the play to this part which is aftermarket and I am not sure where to find a replacement. Any suggestions and are they all the same?

the mount says Rusty's but nothing on their web visually matches what I have. I measured the bolt holding the hem joint at 15.75 mm wide and the threads at 19 mm wide, if that helps.
do I need to purchase a whole new track bar?

Chances are it's a 3/4 threaded joint with a 5/8 mounting bolt. It looks like 3/4-16 UNF. Try jegs.com

I installed a replacement heim piece and the wobble is nearly gone but I want to completely eliminate it. So when I checked for play I found some between the bolt and bolt hole in the heim piece. the bolt is not worn, is there a solution? I thought about taking some aluminum tape and wrapping it around the bolt to take up some space but that cant be the answer.

not sure how much play we're talking about here. Is it a lot of SPACE? Maybe you can try a Heim Joint Insert HERE You probably would need to measure it precisely with some caliper or something.

Is the hole in the bracket worn or is the heim larger than the bolt? You can either drill out the bracket hole and use a larger bolt or use a sleeve in the heim. I'm thinking usually heim joints are the same size thread as hole size. In other words, a 3/4 threaded heim will have a 3/4 bolt hole. In that case, just drill out the bracket for a 3/4 bolt.

that was my first thought Dave, that the bracket was now causing the slack but its tight and did not move while the wife turned the wheel for me. the bracket and heim hole are the same size. the slack between the heim and bolt is not very much, like less than a 10th of an inch but is noticeable.
Rubin, thanks for the link...I will see if they have anything that might work.
